hey hey! tonight went to watch '12 lotus' with grandma! parents and cousins. eh.. i think the movie is quite a waste of time.. LOL
some parts in the movie.. draaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagsss when they can juz cut it.. =\
rather disappointed, most of us thinks '881' is much more entertaining. haha
when the movie ends, me and my cousin overheard an uncle saying ‘哇，这部电影比《钱不够用2》还要更“吃力”’jialat in chinese. we were laughing away..
eventhough it's draggy, the storyline is still there.. juz that the draggy-ness 'overpowered' the sadness of the story.
the story was actually talking about a lady's life from young till old, which was wad the 12 lotus song means. in the movie, the lady is ill-treated by 3 different guys in her life. her father, husband and a stranger (who looks like her husband).
starting of the show got Stef Sun! LOL.. she act as the GuanYin Ma! muahaha.. in the dong dong ceh.. stage play?
father - keeps beating her, she performs getai and all the money earned was being spend by him to gamble. mother passed away liao.
husband - he was very nice before they were married, the show never show them walking down the aisle =(. then turned out it was all a plot, making her to repay her father's debt by letting her get raped, mutilated and took photos by the gambling den members. he left her afterwards and she became crazy because of that.
stranger - erm.. go watch it ba.. haha
hm.. im still happy that grandma came to watch it.. eventhough she also say the show was wrong.. haha saying ‘莲花哪里有这么肥？’haha.. the previous movie she watched was like 20 years ago?? haha. she seems happy! =) coming out with us.. hehehe..
Ok, i should hug buddha's legs now.. ENJOY how it smells.. LOL, jk
